At the end of 2015, the Beaver River Watershed Alliance engaged with Alan Dolan & Associates to begin developing the Integrated Watershed Management Plan. Alan Dolan is co-ordinating the project, planning and implementing stakeholder, First Nations and Métis engagement, and assisting with communications.  His associate Sandi Riemersma of Palliser Environmental Services Ltd. is developing the watershed plan.

The first draft of the plan, which includes the Issues, Goals, Objectives and Leading Recommendations, is anticipated for release to stakeholders in late-Spring 2016. Following the release, there will be opportunities for stakeholders to provide input.
